When making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich,

Bread should be 100% stone-ground whole grain bread;

Peanut butter should be crunchy;

Jelly/preserves/jam should be 100% fruit and should be scooped on so thick it is dripping out the sides.

while i'm not so sure about the jam part (don't like it quite *that* thick), i am in 100% agreement about crunchy peanut butter. and yeah, crunchy bread is good too. heh.

Maybe I should clarify. Not so thick perhaps that it drips out the sides of its own accord, but when you squeeze as you bite into it.
