Even though you used the word "utopia", I tried to keep reality in mind while answering the question. If I didn't have to deal with the reality of human nature, I might have answered differently.
I suspect some people will answer taking current human nature in mind, whereas other people's conception of reality involves a fundamental shift in human nature. These answers will show up side-by-side.
