I have no idea why I replied with the above, but it fits.

I can't always see why you hurt, only that are you sound hurt, and seeing you in pain hurts me. So I hope you feel better soon.

I don't always know why I'm in pain either. There's a LOT of it welling up from deep inside me lately. I didn't even know it was there and I don't know what caused all of it. I guess I never allowed myself to feel it until now.
