Ann Coulter had the gall to recently accuse columnist Maureen Dowd of harboring "sneering, PMS-induced" anger towards the Bush Administration.

Never mind that the harpy is herself one of the most shrill voices in American political discourse.

For a while now, I have been toying with the idea of starting a campaign to have people from all over this great nation flood Ms. Coulter's mailbox with bottles of Midol. I feared, though, that this would be perhaps too offensive and politically-incorrect. However, I think Ms. Coulter, by starting the whole PMS thing with her published comments, has effectively destroyed her right to whine about being harassed over her gender.

Interested parties might be amused by Thor Hesla's advice to Ann:
Ann of a thousand lays: Ten modest proposals to help Ann Coulter get a date

God, Ann Coulter. I'd say what I really think, but you know, I think no one speaks for Ann like Ann. She opens her mouth, and high-strung ill-considered stoopiditee come frothing forth, like old forgotten cheese from an abandoned refrigerator. She is truly her own reward, much like Rush Limbaugh.

BWAHAHAHAHA!

I liked the "dating suggestions" article.

Kate (who lives in DC and has no problem with dating here).

I loved the article about Ann... but the firstone didn't show up when I clicked on it? Yahoo has been really weird lately, though.

I wouldn't care about the politically corect aspect, but midol is expensive!

Try again? It came up fine for me just now.

But if it doesn't, you're not really missing out...

Hmmm... saw it this time, but as I didn't want to read it in depth, I didn't see a reference to PMS... maybe they changed it already...

No, it's still there. About halfway down the page, I think.

I'll take your word for it... pointless tripe speaks for itself, now, doesnt it?

I don't believe Ms. Coulter has ever reached menarche, she is so immature.

Why would anyone care if the midol campaign is politically correct or not?

Well, it's a matter of being able to do this and still be able to claim the moral "upper ground."
