At the moment I'm munching on crispbread topped with sweet ambrosia that I cannot get enough of: Fleischmann's Premium Blend, a margarine made with soybean and olive oil and buttermilk. We go through one or two tubs of this stuff a week, we cook everything in it and use it to top everything we haven't cooked in it.

Date: 2002-07-26 04:59 am (UTC)We were using butter until Dee started having problems with dairy items. So we looked around at substitutes, and settled on this. Soybean and olive oil are okay on her tummy, and this stuff has mostly "good" fats (omega-3 and mono-unsaturated).
