I used to shop in a little rural produce store. Behind the counter was a bumper sticker which read "Be patient with my flaws; God isn't finished with me yet." I thought the sentiment was OK, but I did not like the dependence upon God so I ammended the phrase to "Be patient with my flaws; I am not finished with me yet."
