I believe the time quantum is the time it takes a photon to travel the diameter of an electron. It sounded rather iffy to me when I read it years ago because the Bohr atom is (I thought) rather more fiction than reality. I did like the idea of between the quanta of time the manifest universe (as we perceive it) just does not exist. Like an electric light buld which is on & off 60 times a second but appears continuous to us simply because we are unable to detect the flickers.
Although, thinking about it, the number may have been 10**(-23) rather than 33. As ususal, I remember the overview, but not the details.
BTW, how did you manage to get a superscript in your numbers. Much cleaner looking than the double "*" and parentheses.
