No it doesn't. It fucking doesn't. You're not in any jeopardy at all. Some people might say some mean things in response to you. Wooo. You're not going to lose your seat as an Oklahoma State Representative, you're not going to be reprimanded by your party or your colleagues (who in fact have been giving you applause for your "bravery"), you're not going to lose when you run for re-election. Nothing is going to happen to you. This is not some big risk you're taking by verbally bashing queers. So fucking cut the martyr act.
And that depression and risk of suicide wouldn't have anything to do with people beating or killing us, or kicking us out of our homes, or firing us from our jobs, all the while citing hate propaganda like yours to justify it. Nope. No connection whatsoever.
What fucking studies? And here, i thought we were good for property values.
Okay. Okay. This woman represents a district in Oklahoma City. Numerous of her constituents were directly affected by this:
and yet in her opinion, homosexuality is a bigger threat than terrorism.
::gasp!:: We know how to use the democratic process! You can see from this alone what a threat to decency and civilization we are.

And I’m not anti- and I’m not gay bashing, but according to God’s Word, that is not the right kind of lifestyle. It has deadly consequences for those people involved in it. They have more suicides, they’re more discouraged, there’s more illness, their lifespans are shorter, you know, it’s not a lifestyle that is good for this nation.

As a matter of fact, studies show that no society that has totally embraced homosexuality has lasted more than, you know, a few decades.

So it’s the death knell for this country. I honestly think it’s the biggest threat our nation has, even more so than terrorism or Islam, which I think is a big threat.
