"(Knowingly) under-pricing jobs is unethical in a professional marketplace, and undercuts everyone."
Hmm. Do you agree? Or do you believe that offering a lower price for a service is entrepreneurial initiative -- in a freelance market? I'm not sure what to think about this.
Along similar lines -- how does one go about establishing themselves as a freelance developer? I am having zero response from local employers and am now much more interested than before in working freelance. But I have no idea how to break in.
