Hm. I fit the bill, then. Or rather, I have conflicting interpretations / attributions of several strong atypical experiences I've had--spiritual, psychological, sociological, pharmaceutical and literary explanations, which I tend to cycle through. It adds up to an agnostic attitude when taken on the long term.
A side-question (or several): how does one determine whether an experience is an experience of gnosis? (Or rather, how would you?) Is it important what you attribute it to? Is it possible to have experienced gnosis and misinterpreted it?
