The blue laws do suck. I might point out however, that the most annoying one (to me, anyway) about sodomy is the same in Louisiana... also when there are laws here, the police tend to only enforce the laws that actually exist instead of making up laws on the spot as an excuse to arrest anyone they dislike the sight of... (bitter, angry at current NOLA situation that I can't do much of anything about)
