The director of the CIA says he has an "excellent idea" where Osama bin Laden is hiding, but that the United States' respect for sovereign nations makes it more difficult to capture the al-Qaida chief.

No, wait, don't tell me, let me guess. Iran?

Yes, that's a thought. Hmm. He's got extensive family there and an active network, and he knows we can't really go looking for him there.

However, it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see the administration start to claim he's in Iran, because it would serve their purposes.

Being as they are saying they are respecting sovereign nations in reference to this, it seems more likely they would be talking about Saudi Arabia, as they are looking for an excuse to invade Iran. Like, they would say "We know you evil Iranians are harboring this terrorist, give him up or we will invade you like we did Iraq." Unless, of course, they realize what should be obvious at this point - that if we can't even definitiively subdue a beaten down nation like Iraq after it's been through years of sanctions, we have no hope of beating Iran, especially with the extremely low morale of the military, which can't meet its recruitment quota and is now getting by on screwing those who should have been released from their terms of service by now. And a draft won't do much for morale if they do decide to finally go that route.
