I should think, actually, that Libertarians would be just as appalled by this as a Marxist like me. They view tax as government theft (figuratively or literally at gunpoint), and here we have an example of a wealthy few basically hiring the government to coerce taxpayers into cover their losses while for years they have been pocketing money in Switzerland and the Caribbean and wherever else they can shelter it.
