Oy..."kinder, gentler, woman-positive porn"? Didn't we have this conversation in the 80s? Whenever I've seen what's been described as "woman-positive porn", it's been soft-focus gauzy Harlequin crap that has left me utterly unaroused. Can we move away from the myth that the female of the species is inherently kinder or gentler, puleeze? My fantasies, from the age of puberty on, have never been kind and gentle. I'll admit that most mainstream porn doesn't do much for me either, because big hair and bigger fake nails make me want to run screaming for the hills, not to mention fake boobies and high heels in bed....but I want to see porn which reflects my kinks, which are not pink and fuzzy.

For me, sex and the fight-or-flight response are a bit confused, as they are for a lot of women, and I don't know how you're ever going to portray that and not have someone scream "Misogyny!"
