Ratey (A users Guide to the Brain) and Sternberg (Successful Intelligence) have supported this for a while. i managed to work yoga and tai chi into a my answer on a "treatment plan for needled-phobic mildly retarded diabetic 14-year-old boy" question on my cog sci final. i might be a bit overly proud of that
