Thank you for these suggestions. Will look into arnica more deeply; it's the first I've heard of it.

I've done reasonably well keeping the sugar in my diet low; it's grains I have a harder time with. Whole grains may have a lesser affect on my blood sugar and insulin levels than refined flours, but they are still carbs.
